Vitaly Solomin as rightfully greenkrokodilla put it is what a quintessential (Victorian) Englishman looks like. He even seems to overplay these Victorian features and in the case with Miss Morstan he's so exaggeratively shy that one cannot help laughing seeing that. That's so touching, really. :)
