i can imagine some Dr Tom sudden whimsical touring that leads them all to a grotty Unit lock-up. "Well... Romana doesn't seem to like it, does she K9 - but you know... I did see something in it once, didn't I? Do YOU see anything in it K9?"

alas, and much as i love him - i can imagine Dr McGann trying to persuade Charley. "Well it's no R101 but it flies Charlie! Like, like - remember that anti-gravity ride? That was fun wasn't it?"
Charley: Doctor there is absolutely no way that I'm getting in that thing! I mean, it's from the future - and even I can see it's clapped out and, and - dusty!"
