i am still here - just about! wanted to say sorry to amy butterflyscar for missing her birthday (and others no doubt).

been poorly (still am), been busy - finally making some inroads writing again (including an unexpected sequel to the Eva story) but it's slow going - and some not so haappy stuff like the sad passing of one of my co/workers, of which more later.

but all is not the big gloom! mentoring is going pretty well with some nice ideas for this coming term block - and i am curled up with my dvds of dollhouse season two (plug plug plug) and dr horrible, which... oddly comforting.

you're not alone in "odd" go to movies/tv/whatever for comfort. Last weekend, I needed a comfort movie so I went to my old comfort standby - Gosford Park.
