hobbit hole or hovel??
Well my place, my country maison du wytch or possibly Bag End, or possibly Wyts End, is - as you would see for yourself if unlucky enough to visit -
messy.
Very messy.
Very, very messy.
Messy raised to the power of at least eleventy one.
In a nut shell; not an easy clean, hard to tidy, tricky to maintain. Somewhat resembling this:

but y'know, rural.
So of course i am grateful and gobsmacked to have spent the evening watching my Italian friend work wonders around my token efforts (i may have washed up). She would say; "I'm bloody good i am!" and she'd be right - although i believe my exact words were; "You are a masochistic sucker HA HA HA!"
But i am truly thankful if somewhat startled to realise i have carpets, walls, floorboards and bookcases! WOW!
I should take advantage of miracle working chums more often!
Koff! Seriously, though - thanks V! :))

for the plundering?
nice try!
LOL!!:))
Re: for the plundering?
Bingo, Alek! :)
One should have his wYts tuned up with the reality to call the place 'Wits End' whYch is characteristic of Wytch.
So, while Wytch has ended his WeAkend in his Wits End he seems to have his wits back again to estimate the messiness of his rural mansion as the power of eleventy one (thanks JRR Tolkien!)! And plundering then will really look like sping cleaning. :)))

almost a G-nome!
But as we know gnomes do not a halfling make, they are closer to dwarves after all - hmmm what is needed here at Bag End then to help in our Marxist economic evolutionary calculus? Perhaps a pinch of salt and a large piece of PIe!!
(Mushrooms are optional)
Oh, my Precious!
Ha! LSD? ;)

Re: SCHLAMPIG!
and crikey yes, if i had relatives parachuting in willy nilly i'd probably be a lot more self conscious abut my humble dwelling and the mess therein. Good job i'm a recluse! :))
