ah sweet flattery (flack jacket or flat battery??) heee! :))
the kids were having a double 7th birthday (a boy and a girl) and they were the oldest of the motley - so it was interesting to try and work out what they might like. this and the Peter story were definitely for a younger crowd than the Nina story you read earlier.

*but where is your seat of power? and does it glow in the dark? and do you leave your toothpaste on the bedpost over night???
