Yes, November/Mellie was adorable, and she's going to be in the second season! I wonder how, is she going to be the one who steps in and saves the day when all is looking doomed for our heroes? I love those moments, the forgotten character comes back. And you are right about Ballard, it will be good to see him with some of the more flamboyant characters - him with Alan's character, when he had the identity of the agoraphobic potsmoking designer, was awesomely funny - just the walk down the terrifying stairs-without-risers, I could watch and watch.
I'm interested to see Ballard and November (gah, I can't remember her actual name) get reacquainted, with the uncomfortable knowledge that they've had this relationship that she doesn't remember, that he had sex with her after he knew she was a Doll and just following a program...and about her, I don't understand in what fashion she goes back to her life now. Where do her family and friends think she's been? If she entered the Dollhouse because she lost a child, won't she be just as heartbroken to "wake up" and remember what happened, as she was years ago when it happened? Or, does the Dollhouse manufacture the gradual emotional healing she might have gone through anyway? How can she not be, how can anyone of them not be in exactly the same emotional reality they were in when they signed up? What about family, friends, acquaintances, colleagues...how do you explain disappearing for 5 years, and not even sending a text message? Maybe the Dollhouse has a text-bot who keeps up with the Dolls' families - maybe that's the real purpose of facebook :)
